Selecting of Chaotic Codes for Optical Code Division Multiple  Access Using Simulated Annealing Algorithm

摘要:

为了得到更优的光码分多址(OCDMA)系统的误码率(BER)特性,基于相移超结构光纤布拉格光栅编/解码器OCDMA系统的BER特性,提出了使用3阶Chebyshev混沌序列作为OCDMA系统的地址码,并利用模拟退火算法对码字进行了优选. 仿真结果表明,使用混沌序列的系统较使用Gold序列的系统具有更优的BER特性,新的码字优选方法有效.

Abstract:

To get a better bit error rate (BER) performance of the optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) systems, an OCDMA scheme using 3rd order Chebyshev chaotic sequence is proposed based on the study of the principle of phase shifted superstructure fiber Bragg grating encoder/decoder. The code selecting method using simulated annealing algorithm is investigated. Simulations indicate that the BER performance of the system with chaotic sequences is better than that with Gold sequences, and the proposed code selecting method is effective.
